Great idea. I was just sending my resume out to several places looking for part time help with "new media" ventures, and was looking at a way to spice it up without getting in to making a full blown portfolio page, and this... this looks like the answer.

Chris, nice job. You come off as very friendly in the video, and this is different enough from all the other gazillion resumes out there that it really stands out. Nice work!

I really like the idea behind this. I think the only difference is that I'd take the space directly below your YouTube and start with a conversational bit, and THEN get into your background. I really like what you've got started here. Worth following through.

Can you help me understand the "non-commercial" aspect of the license you've applied here? I'm a bit confused because I think the point of the resume is to get a job and get paid. I think I'm missing something here.

Dan - good question. Non-commercial in this aspect means you can't go and resell this idea or format. You can use it for personal use, but you can't go and make a cottage industry out of it.

    Thanks!
